This Privacy Policy describes how ShotMetrics (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

ShotMetrics is developed and maintained by Kostadin Dimanov Georgiev, an individual developer based in Bulgaria. By using ShotMetrics, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

Account Information

We collect:

Email address
Name and profile image (if provided)

These are collected when you sign in using Firebase Authentication, Google, or Apple Sign-In.

App Usage Data

We collect:

Practice sessions
Shooting stats (e.g., makes, attempts, time)
Theme and preferences

This data is stored using Firebase Firestore and AsyncStorage on your device.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Enable you to track and view your basketball shooting stats
Personalize your experience (e.g., themes)
Improve our app through usage patterns
Show limited ads

We do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services:

Firebase (Authentication, Firestore)
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In
AdMob (for limited ads)

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained until:

You delete your account, or
You request deletion (see Section 6)

5. Children’s Privacy

ShotMetrics is not intended for children under 3 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under this age.

Request correction or deletion
Object to or restrict processing
